- Processing inquiries, requests for proposals, bid comparisons, purchase orders, schedule tracking, and invoice verification
- Negotiating contractual terms such as delivery times, quantities, costs, and delivery terms
- Analyzing the national and international procurement market and subsequently evaluating suppliers
- Communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining master data
Here are your achievements to date:
- A successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification, as well as initial professional experience in technical procurement
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, with an affinity for numbers, technology, and processes
- Strong methodological skills, quick comprehension, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Strong interdisciplinary teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
