Since 2022, our specialized talent development team has been helping employees actively shape their individual careers at CATL. In addition, we work closely with selected external partners to offer you optimal learning and development opportunities.
For team and shift leaders in production, as well as team leaders in the administrative and technical departments, there is a structured, progressive development program that lays the foundation for a shared understanding of leadership. We regularly evaluate and refine our program to ensure it consistently meets current needs. For example, since 2023, there has been an advanced program in which commercial and technical managers learn how to use psychological safety to make their leadership more efficient and sustainable. The Leadership Bootcamp for industrial managers has been in place since 2025. It builds on the foundational modules, places greater emphasis on regularly introducing new learning formats, and is supplemented by topics such as operational excellence.
