With the launch of our digital learning platform in 2025, we took a major step toward establishing a vibrant learning culture at CATL. This learning platform, developed specifically for CATL, offers all the benefits of digital learning: Employees can now learn anytime, anywhere, at their own pace, and in their preferred language. From company-specific content to a wide selection of soft skills training, the platform offers numerous e-learning courses designed to expand personal knowledge in a targeted manner and support individual professional development.

A special highlight: Our internal trainer certification program allows you to grow into the role of an internal trainer. With trainers trained in pedagogy and methodology, we ensure the internal transfer of knowledge. Those who enjoy sharing their knowledge are actively supported in mentoring and inspiring their colleagues. In this way, we create an environment where learning and professional development can take place in a personalized, practical, and forward-looking manner.

… as an Exceptional Leader – Leadership Skills as the Foundation for Growth and Success

Effective leadership plays a central role at our company. That is why we launched the Excellent Leadership Development Program in 2022—a training program that over 200 managers from all CATL locations in Germany have already successfully completed.

As our Arnstadt site grows and our workforce expands, we continuously adapt our leadership training to meet the company’s evolving needs. The goal is to foster a shared understanding of effective leadership principles and establish consistent standards.

For team and shift leaders in production, as well as team leaders in the administrative and technical departments, there is a structured, progressive development program that lays the foundation for a shared understanding of leadership. We regularly evaluate and refine our program to ensure it consistently meets current needs. For example, since 2023, there has been an advanced program in which commercial and technical managers learn how to use psychological safety to make their leadership more efficient and sustainable. The Leadership Bootcamp for industrial managers has been in place since 2025. It builds on the foundational modules, places greater emphasis on regularly introducing new learning formats, and is supplemented by topics such as operational excellence.

With this comprehensive training program, we are laying the foundation for successful leadership within our company - and thus for the sustainable success of the entire organization.
