Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • You are the point of contact, sparring partner, and advisor for managers and employees in your area of responsibility and available for all HR and labor law-related questions as well as the implementation of internal company regulations along the employee life cycle. 
  • You accompany and advise the departments in the context of organizational changes and their development, employee discussions, and disciplinary measures. 
  • You support managers in implementing appreciative communication within their teams, thereby contributing to the development of a positive work climate. 
  • You are a subject matter expert in areas such as working time organization, flexible working hours, shift systems, compensation, and performance management. 
  • You develop and implement new HR processes as well as necessary company regulations as a link to relevant HR functions. 
  • You support the team in implementing HR-relevant systems and tools, including time tracking and personnel administration
  • You represent topics in front of decision-making bodies and with co-determination organs

 

 

Your talents and skills:

 

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources management or a comparable field of study and have very good knowledge of labor law. 
  • You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company with similar responsibilities and have solid knowledge in areas like working time regulations, e.g., shift systems, work scheduling, etc., as well as knowledge of the Metal & Electrical Collective Agreement. 
  • You have a strong affinity for working with common office and HR software. 
  • You stand out for your strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good communication skills (also in English). 
  • You work independently and in a structured way, are resilient, and have a strong sense of responsibility. 
  • You exude professional and personal confidence.
