This is your new challenge:
- Coordination with external European patent law firms: selection, quality control, benchmarking
- Managing patent prosecution and opposition proceedings at the European patent office and the German patent office
- Participation in European patent litigation and safeguarding the business's freedom to operate
- Assisting in the European patent law training of Chinese patent engineers
- Controlling the quality of English-language patent application drafting

 

These are your qualifications:
-    A successfully completed degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, physics, or related fields
-    Additional qualification as a German patent attorney and initial professional experience as a European patent attorney
-    Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with English as the working language
-    Knowledge of the Chinese language and culture is highly desirable
-    Honesty, strong communication and coordination skills, and a high degree of self-motivation
