Your Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage the Site
- You will be responsible for the operational and disciplinary management of the site.
Operations Management & Accountability
- You will take end-to-end responsibility for all warehouse and material flow processes, including goods receipt, inventory management, internal logistics, repacking, and shipping.
Leadership & Team Development
- Through clear communication, regular feedback, and targeted employee development, you will foster ownership, collaboration, and a high-performing team culture.
Stakeholder Management
- As the central point of contact, you will work closely with national and international customers, colleagues, and service providers to ensure smooth collaboration.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization initiatives.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- You will ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards while leading by example.
What You Bring
- You have successfully completed a qualification in logistics, ideally complemented by an advanced certification such as Logistics Master (or an equivalent qualification).
- You have several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably in a comparable leadership role.
- You have proven experience in leading and motivating teams. Your strong communication skills, structured and results-oriented approach, and ability to organize and prioritize effectively set you apart. You work independently and take a pragmatic approach to solving challenges.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with SAP ERP MM/WMS or comparable warehouse management systems.
- You are confident communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
