Operator Quality - incoming goods inspection (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection and testing of incoming material and the handling of non-compliant material:
  • Preparation of inspection plans and preparation of test materials
  • Dimension Measuring with CMM 
  • Programming of CMM measuring programs for components
  • Inspection of materials according to drawing requirements
  • Daily inspection of equipment and instruments according to 5S management
  • Re-evaluation and registration of non-conforming materials
  • Weekly report on incoming material problems and resolution progress according to template
  • Avoidance of non-conforming materials in the ongoing process

Your talents and skills:

• Completed (electro-)technical vocational training
• Relevant work experience in materials testing and analysis (preferably incoming goods inspection) in the chemical, IT or automotive industry.
• Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Minitab, etc. and basic statistical analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of typical quality control tools and methods
• English and German language skills, both written and spoken, are desirable
• Enjoy working in an international team
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and confident demeanour
