Operator Quality - Production- and Process Quality (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Solving quality problems directly on site at the production lines:

• Support in the application of 8D processes and other quality tools to solve quality problems in the production process.
• Implementation of improvement measures and responsibility for the "Lesson Learned" process
• Contribute to a standard problem solving strategy and the continuous improvement process

Risk management:

• Identify potential quality risks in the production process, prepare a risk list and initiate improvement actions to avoid quality risks;
• Maintaining the production process on site (problem solving and preparing non-conformity reports)               
• Participate in regulatory meetings for quality response plans and improvement mechanisms in production.          
• Evaluation and monitoring of processes

Standardisation of the system:

• System maintenance of the IT production system MES for quality related issues.
• Quality-related inspections of products and production processes
• Creation of quality alarms and information to all relevant areas
• Creation and updating of documents relevant to the quality system and their instruction to internal and external stakeholders
• Development of standardisation for the handling of product- and process-related deviations
• Qualification and validation of machines

Your talents and skills:

• Completed (electro-)technical vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in the quality area in industrial production; ideally in the automotive environment
• Good technical understanding of production processes
• Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Minitab, etc.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and prepare reports
• Good communication skills; fluent written and spoken German; knowledge of English an advantage
• User knowledge of quality improvement tools (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 8D process, 6Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC) etc.).
