The TASK brings with it:

  • Verantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen des Unternehmens sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Ansprechpartner für den CFO, interne Abteilungen und externe Institutionen (einschließlich Banken, Finanzämter und Behörden)
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, Quartals- und Monatsberichten sowie Prognosen nach HGB und IFRS und Berichterstattung an die Unternehmenszentrale
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesen-Teams
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Finanz- und Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Durchführung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Betriebssysteme

 

What YOU bring with:

  • Completed studies in business administration, auditing or comparable training
  • Several years of experience in a leading position in finance and accounting in an industrial company
  • Sound knowledge of accounting, financial planning and analysis
  • Strong leadership and management skills as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
