This is what you expect:

 

  • Training of employees and support with on-site audits
     
  • Qualification of equipment and release of production lines
     
  • Integration and standardization of information for the control of new processes and new products
     
  • Organization of routine and special process audits to promote problem solving and continuous improvement of process compliance 
     
  • Cooperation with other departments to improve production quality and customer satisfaction
     
  • Upgrading of personnel skills and increasing efficiency
     
  • Communication with Headquarters in China and timely completion of tasks assigned by Headquarters 
     
  • Support of the team to achieve departmental performance appraisal indicators 
     

 

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Completed university degree in chemistry, physics, mechanics and/or other related technical or science subjects
     
  • Several years of working experience in the quality field in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector (basic knowledge of semiconductor or battery production is an advantage)
     
  • Knowledge of quality tools (i.e. Seven Basic Tools of Quality, MSA, FTA, 8D, 6Sigma, SPC)
     
  • Basic knowledge of the ISO9000/ IATF16949/ VDA quality systems
     
  • Usage of Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with FineBi is an advantage
     
  • Good communication skills
     
  • Very good German and English language skills, Chinese language skills is advantageous
