What tasks you can expect

 

  • Support process engineers in monitoring and improving production processes
  • Assist in analyzing production and process-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
  • Help prepare and update process documents, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Collect, organize, and analyze production data to support process optimization
  • Participate in process validation, trial runs, and continuous improvement activities
  • Support cross-functional teams in solving production and quality issues
  • Assist in operator training and process implementation activities

 

 

What you will bring

 

  • Enrolled student majored in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Faniliar with battery cell manufacturing process. Experience with practical internship or project in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC) or quality tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great communication skills
  • Willing to work in an international team environment
  • Good language skill of English or German, both spoken and wirtten
