Your tasks and responisibilities: 
 

  • You are responisble for the development of the regional and cross-regional employer branding and HR marketing strategy for CATL in Germany
     

  • You will be responsible for the selection and implementation of innovative and target-group-oriented HR marketing, employer branding and social media measures in close coordination with the marketing department at our headquarters
     

  • You will support the recruiting team in the development and implementation of talent pool campaigns
     

  • You plan and organize job fairs and university events and you are responsible for their on-site implementation 
     

  • You will continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of measures and campaigns and identify optimization potentials
     

     

     

Your talents and skills: 
 

  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communication sciences or in a comparable field of study
     

  • You have work experience in the field of employer branding or marketing
     

  • You preferably have experience in communication via social media
     

  • You like to work in an international team and enjoy interacting with people
     

  • You bring initiative, flexibility as well as organizational talent and and are able to work responsibly and reliably
     

  • You have a quick perception and are able to keep a cool head even in challenging situations
     

  • You can communicate fluently in German and English
