Assistant Manager Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

This is your new challenge:

• Overall planning and project management of our new plants and production lines at the Germany Site
   
• Development of a concept for LEAN improvement in factories and production lines, including cycle time, OEE, etc.
   
• Development of an overall concept for the reduction of manufacturing costs, by introducing projects like automation
   
• Capex planning and usage control for the entire Germany Site
   
• Regular report and resource coordination with international production network, other plants in Europe and head quarter

These are your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of material science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering 
   
• working experience in the relevant field as a team leader or project manager
   
• Knowledge of improvement methods for production lines as well as plant and equipment layout design 
   
• Confident handling of CAD and Microsoft Office 
   
• Proactive and analytical mindset 
   
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese and German desirable
