Administrator HR - Employee Relation (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the HR team and handling all administrative HR tasks in day-to-day operations
- Operational duties like creating employee ID cards, preparing onboarding, filing (digital and physical), and ordering office equipment
- Being a competent contact person for our employees regarding questions to the time management system
- Creating and managing any certificates and personnel documents
- Following up on appointments and return of documents
- Maintaining master and transactional data in the respective HR systems
- Assisting in the creation of statistics, overviews, and analyses
Your talents and skills:
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial field is desirable
- Ideally, some practical experience in human resources, for example through internships or professional work
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in working with people
- Ability to handle different matters professionally and solution-oriented
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- High discretion and sense of responsibility when dealing with confidential data
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written; English skills are a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
