Your tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Responsibility for identifying, analyzing, and finding sustainable solutions to quality issues in the warehousing and repackaging process
  • Conducting root cause analyses and defining, implementing, and tracking effective corrective and improvement measures
  • Management of customer complaints, including analysis, documentation, and support for customer communication
  • Supporting quality-related issues at the customer's site, including preliminary analysis, information gathering, and organization of corrective actions
  • Controlling the process for managing non-compliant products in the warehouse
  • Creating, evaluating, and regularly reporting quality indicators (KPIs) to EU quality and operations management as well as headquarters, and coordinating internal measures for problem solving
  • Conducting internal training to promote quality awareness and implementing continuous internal quality improvement measures
  • Actively participating in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of the warehouse's quality management system, including document management, internal approvals, external audits and process optimization


What we expect from you:

  • Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering Qualifications
  • Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management systems
  • Skilled in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, CP, MSA, 8D, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis
  • Knowledge of incoming inspection, process control, final inspection, supplier quality management
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Germany and Chinese for cross-border communication
  • Experience with quality data analysis & report making
  • Willingness to travel regularly to Düsseldorf (approx. once a month)
