What you will support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the quality team and act as the interface for internal administrative processes
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of invoices. Track invoice submission and payment status
  • Support in budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking, conduct budget application and planning processes within internal financial systems
  • Monitor departmental expenses and assist with budget controlling to ensure alignment with approved budgets
  • Support quality data management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in databases and internal systems. Ensure data integrity and support data analysis for quality performance monitoring
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including updating the KPI dashboard
  • Coordinate the logistics process for defective or returned products, arrange transportation, documentation, track returned product status and maintain related records
  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of quality-related tasks

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • Completed vocational training or Bachelor degree in business administration or in a related field
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Pivot, Daschboard and PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English or German, Chinese is a plus
  • Reliabel and structured working style with well-orgnized
  • Affinity for numbers as well as great understanding of data analysis are desirable
  • Openness to an international environment
