Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) - Logistics Center Magdeburg

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for increasing production capacity, standardizing manpower allocation, assisting in reducing production manpower, balancing production lines, analyzing and improving downtime
• Standard cycle time measurement, update, release, bottleneck process analysis and solution
• Responsible for connecting power to the new production line and ramping up production capacity
• Responsible for repacking line changeover. Develop standard production capacity, analyze production efficiency, improve
• Standardize for overall fixtures and auxiliary facilities
• Optimize production processes, layout, streamline manpower, increase production capacity, and other improvements

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management and other related majors
• Lean improvement, layout planning, logistics optimization, line balancing, 5S management, project management, cost management, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills, planning and organization skills, skilled use of MS Office/CAD, familiar with SAP , good data analysis and reporting skills
• More than 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with priority given to industrial engineering positions
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is a basic requirement, German is better.
