- Import and export processing for the warehouses in compliance with legal regulations
- Ensuring smooth international trade
- Monthly and timely reporting of data to customs and foreign trade authorities
- Obtaining approvals from local authorities for customs processing
- Classification of import and export goods according to the applicable nomenclature
- Reviewing import and export invoices and preparing pro forma invoices and export documents
- Coordination of customs and transport modalities with the factories
These are your previous achievements:
- Completed studies or training in the field of customs
- Relevant professional experience in the field of customs and foreign trade in an international production company or an international forwarding agency
- Knowledge of global/regional customs and trade processes, customs and trade laws and standards
- Overview of tariff classification of goods and trade agreements
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office software and SAP
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
