Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the planning, development and operation of the quality management system based on the requirements of the VDA and the IATF16949 standard to ensure continuous improvement of the company system
- This includes regular system audits to identify problems in system operation and their improvement, monitoring of system process performance and its efficiency as well as customer audits including their management and coordination
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of document control, such as the issuance, recycling and regulatory review of system documents to ensure the effectiveness of document management
Your talents and skills:
- You can demonstrate a degree in engineering or a technician or master craftsman qualification and relevant professional experience in the field of quality in the automotive environment
- Further training as a QMB (quality management representative) is an advantage
- You are familiar with the quality system ISO9000/IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5 and the quality tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC
- You have experience with process audit methods, risk data analysis and risk assessment skills, process related planning methods and project management skills
- You have strong communication skills in English and German
