We have this exciting task for you:

 

  • Strategic Data Analysis: Identification and implementation of data products to support company growth and optimize the business model in collaboration with the IT team.

  • Business Partnership & Project Management: Close collaboration with various teams to develop data-based solutions; support for IT project management in planning, risk analysis, and resource coordination to ensure successful project execution.

  • Visualization & Reporting: Development of appealing dashboards and reports that present complex data in an understandable way and support well-founded decision-making.

  • Methodology: Application of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) for efficient and high-quality project implementation.

  • BI Solutions & Data Modeling: Design, development, and maintenance of modern BI platforms; analysis of business requirements and creation of semantic models in Power BI or other BI tools.

  • System Integration: Support in the introduction of new system functions in cooperation with the central IT team, using Microsoft and HP components.

  • Training & Support: Conducting user training sessions and providing IT support to ensure stable business operations.

  • Production Analyses: Analysis and optimization of production processes through key figures, target/actual comparisons, and variance analyses to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 

These are your achievements so far:

 

  • a successfully completed degree in economics or engineering or comparable to at least DQR 6 level
  • at least two years of professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive sector
  • user knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP/ERP systems
  • a solution-oriented working style, genuine team player qualities, and enjoyment of working with an international team
  • good to very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
