Your tasks and responsibilities
- Support in the planning, system installation and commissioning of new systems
- Development and creation of maintenance plans and maintenance checklists
- Preparation and follow-up of maintenance activities with associated documentation
- Technical instruction of maintenance tasks and ensuring timely implementation
- Coordination of external companies
- Active weak point analysis with the help of common analysis methods
- Support in the creation of spare parts lists and their inventory optimization
- Creating risk assessments for maintenance activities and servicing
- Support with the acceptance and qualification of production systems
- Documentation of work carried out using the systems provided
Your talents and skills
- Completed training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or in comparable areas
- Professional experience in maintenance planning
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and optimization of automation systems as well as in the application of fault analysis methods
- Strong technical understanding - especially in the field of automation technology and mechatronic systems
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong communication skills; ideally also in English
- High level of commitment and initiative, quality awareness, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Solution-oriented, reliable and conscientious way of working
- Basic knowledge of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF16949
