What tasks await you?
- Ensuring continuous production during your shift by organizing human, machine, and material resources
- Coordinating and supervising the entire shift
- Handling production-related documentation
- Collaborating with other departments
- Investigating production issues and organizing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with work instructions and safety regulations
- Preparing reports on production and quality results, escalating in case of non-conformities
- Maintaining order on the shop floor (5S)
- Training and continuously developing new team members
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Speak English and Hungarian confidently
- Have at least a secondary education degree
- Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production environment
- Are familiar with basic production standards and the 5S system
- Are confident in using computers
- Work well in a team
- Are persistent, able to tolerate monotony and stress
- Are both rule-following and proactive in your mindset
- Can work 12-hour shifts in a multi-shift schedule and perform standing work
- Are open to on-site work in Debrecen
It’s an advantage if you have the following:
- At least 1 year of shift leader experience in automotive, food, or chemical industry
- Previous work experience in cleanroom or ESD environments
