Job Description:
1. Cross-departmental and cross-regional resource coordination and process improvement;
2. Mass production introduction of NPI new equipment, new technology and new products, assembly line process support and improvement;
3. Lead the factory to streamline manpower, optimize production process, layout improvement, efficiency improvement and IE improvement method;
4. Lead the factory to increase production capacity, and drive the system to monitor and improve;
5. Assist factories in reducing manufacturing costs, waste identification, and ergonomics;
6. Coordinating the production of pulling wire products for switching and switching; formulating standard production capacity; production efficiency analysis, improvement and improvement (UPPM), PR (OEE) analysis and improvement;
7. Coordinate the standardization of production line equipment, fixtures and auxiliary facilities configuration; supplement and deploy them according to future production capacity needs;
8. Lean production, VSM, visualization, 5S and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no restrictions on major. Industrial engineering or Mechanical related is priority 
2. Proficiency in Office software
3. Have logical analysis ability, teamwork ability, strong communication ability, can adapt to the fast-paced and high-intensity working environment, have a strong sense of responsibility and proactive awareness, and strong execution
4. English and Chinese can be used as working languages, Hungarian is preferred
