What tasks await you?

  • Coordinating resources across departments and regions while driving process improvements;
  • Supporting mass production introduction of new equipment, technologies, and products, and optimizing assembly line processes;
  • Leading efficiency initiatives: manpower streamlining, layout optimization, cost reduction, and ergonomics improvements;
  • Monitoring and enhancing production capacity, equipment standardization, and overall operational excellence (OEE, UPPM);
  • Promoting lean manufacturing practices, including VSM, 5S, visualization, and continuous improvement.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • Hold or pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  • Have strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and can adapt responsibly to a fast-paced environment;
  • Can work in English and Hungarian/Chinese.
