What tasks await you?

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements;
  • Perform accounting activities with the team;
  • Update customer invoices and prepare booked invoices for payment;
  • Review purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documentation for invoice matching;
  • Check the content of incoming supplier invoices, accounting in the supplier module (SAP);
  • Check the content of travel expenses (OA/ SAP Concur);
  • Reconciliation of receipts and proofs of completion;
  • Keep in contact with vendors;
  • Preform month-end closing activities;
  • Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries related to AP activities;
  • Collaboration with other departments.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

  • BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field;
  • 1-3 years relevant experience;
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office;
  • Fluent in both Hungarian and English;
  • Problem solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
