assistant Manager Facility Management and Maintenance (m/f/d)

- You are responsible for all operational and maintenance activities of our buildings and process plants in G2

- You will support the reorganization of facility management

- You have the disciplinary and technical responsibility of the employees in the facility team G2

- You implement decision-making and escalation paths

- You define task areas and responsibilities for your employees 

- You have an overview of your employees' training needs

- You develop and work out maintenance plans and maintenance activities

- You develop maintenance concepts and ensure smooth implementation

-Handle other tasks temporarily assigned by the department manager
