Technician Quality - Failure Analysis (m/f/d)

We are looking for a skilled mechanic operator in battery product field to perform basis test (physical and mechanical) and disassembly battery products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and record the test results aiming to facilitating the failure analysis in our team. 


Your task and responsibilities:

 

  • Perform basis opticle and electric test on battery products (appearance, voltage, resistance, insulation, etc.Responsible for incoming and outgoing, inventory records of defective batteries

  • Prepare warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to workplan

  • Under saftey instruction and SOP disassembly battery pack, battery module

  • Disassembly battery cell in dry room with full personal protect equipments

  • Record experimental test results truthfully, organize document folders and update test results in database, etc.

  • Following SOP and 5S principles, conduct routine maintenance of laboratory equipment as well as administrative tasks in Lab
                 

 

Your talents and skills:

 

  • Successfully completed vocational training, further training as a quality specialist and/or have relevant professional experience in the field of quality assurance and quality control
  • Basic knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of battery products
  • Ideally initial experience in the automotive supply industry or experience in quality testing
  • Confident handling of Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle various tools (e.g. cutter, multimeter, etc) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
  • Reliable and conscientious way of working, your analytical and logical thinking skills, your good communication skills, your flexible commitment and your ability to keep a cool head even under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English is desirable
