Technician - Process quality_Cell (m/w/d)

This is your new challenge:
 

  • Initial sample inspection/sampling of products/material management
  • Inspection of equipment parameters/inspection of key equipment mechanisms
  • Inspection of operational specifications/ review of MES production system data/ inspection of process critical projects
  • Inspection of temperature and humidity data, inspection of workshop cleanliness data
  • Change management/quality warning inspection/non-conforming product management/release lines/qualify machines
  • Checking the work qualifications of production personnel

 
Detection and solution of quality problems on site at the production lines:


 

  • Performing inspections according to the PQC checklist and recording the data
  • Provide feedback to the relevant department after identifying PQA issues and follow up on the results
  • Participate in a standard problem solving strategy and continuous improvement process

 
Risk management:

 

  • Identifying potential quality risks in the production process, reporting back to the relevant departments and initiating improvement actions to avoid quality risks
  • Maintaining the production process at the site
  • Participation in regular meetings for quality response plans and improvement mechanisms in production
  • Evaluation and monitoring of processes

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electronics 
  • Relevant work experience 
  • High level of commitment and initiative, quality awareness, resilience and ability to work in a team
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, conscientious work and a high willingness to learn
