Teamleader Production (m/f/d)

This is your new challenge:
 

• Leading your own production team including the training and qualification of new employees
   

• Daily completion of shift handovers, i.e. communication of current and important topics to the employees and the team leaders of the following shift
   

• Effective scheduling of employees according to the production plan
   

• Ensuring and monitoring quality and quantity requirements  
   

• Implementation of on-site management: compliance with company regulations, occupational health and safety regulations and other guidelines (e.g. 5S approach)
   

• Coordination and organisation in the event of special and emergency situations in the production plant
   

• Administrative activities in the internal system (material stock, 5M1E, 5Why)
   

• Training and education of employees in case of quality discrepancies and complaints
  
  
  
   

These are your previous achievements:
 

• Completed technical education as machine operator, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for automation technology or comparable training
   

• Relevant professional experience in the leadership of at least 10 employees
   

• Good knowledge of automated production (ideally in the automotive environment)
   

• Sensitive safety and quality awareness, improvement orientation and innovative thinking
   

• Good communication skills and enjoying working in an international team (incl. good German and English language skills)
   

• Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system and under clean room conditions
   

• Motivated, open-minded, absolutely reliable, conscientious, resilient, honest, solution-oriented personality
