Our company is looking for an experienced Teamlead - SAP Systems & Support who will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of various finance related SAP projects as well as design of SAP System. In this position you will work closely with our Headquarter IT team as well as local IT departments and coordinate external SAP consultants. The successful implementation of SAP projects in the finance department and the design of the SAP system (also under the aspect of Europe expansion) are important tasks, as well as the monitoring of the budget and the training of the employees up to the go-live phase.
Your tasks will include:
- Coordination of all financially relevant SAP projects in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
- (Co-)design and harmonization of the SAP system in (future) European companies
- Collaborate with the Headquarter IT team and local IT departments to ensure a smooth integration of SAP projects
- Managing external SAP consultants and ensuring their effective collaboration with the internal team
- Ensure successful implementation of SAP projects in the finance department, taking into account defined goals and timelines
- Monitoring the budget and ensuring that financial targets are met throughout the course of the project
- Training employees to ensure successful use of SAP systems after go-live
Your profile:
- Completed studies in busniess informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Experience as SAP architect, preferably in a large corporation in Germany
- Proven experience in the coordination and implementation of finance-related SAP projects
- In-depth knowledge of SAP financial modules and their integration into existing systems
- Experience in working with external SAP consultants and IT teams
- Strong ability to manage complex projects while maintaining an overview of multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and inspire various stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
