Supervisor Process Quality Control (m/w/d)

This is what the job entails:

• Functional and disciplinary leadership and supervision of a team of several employees
   

• Conducting personnel-, feedback- and development discussions with employees; conducting instructions 
   

• Responsibility for the development and training of employees
   

• Personnel planning, shift planning, vacation planning and other administrative activities
   

• Conducting on-site audits and organizing routine process audits to promote problem solving and continuous improvement of process compliance
   

• Responsibility for the qualification of equipment and release of the production line 
   

• Responsibility for the integration and standardization of information to control new processes and new products
   

• Interdepartmental communication and close cooperation with other departments to improve production quality and customer satisfaction
   

• Interface function between the Ningde location and the Arnstadt location

  
   

Your qualifications:

• Completed university degree in chemistry, physics, mechanics and/or other related technical or science subjects
   

• Several years of professional experience in the leadership of employees
   

• Several years of work experience in the quality field (basic knowledge of semiconductor or battery production is an advantage)
   

• Proficiency in the common Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
   

• Good communication skills
   

• Team player, independent, reliable, shows initiative 
   

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
