Specialist for Occupational Health & Safety (m/f/d)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• You are the contact person for managers and employees regarding occupational safety and accident prevention

• You are responsible for advising your department on the development of processes and facilities

• You support other departments in the preparation and implementation of risk assessments and documents for workplaces and facilities

• You coordinate work releases in construction site and production operations

• You conduct trainings and instructions on safety and health-related topics

• You are developing and monitoring the implementation of measures to improve occupational health and safety

• You will support in the establishment of a management system for occupational safety

• You will carry out analyses in the event of accidents and damage incidents

Your talents and skills

• Training as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)

• Profound professional experience in the field of occupational safety

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

• Experienced handling of MS Office

• Strong consulting skills and assertiveness as well as an independent, structured way of working

• Desirable: experience with the occupational safety management system according to ISO 45001

• Pleasure in working in an international team
