Join our dynamic HR team and play a pivotal role in managing HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, DATEV, BI tools), generating actionable insights, and supporting HR process optimization across Germany. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about HR data analysis, system implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

HR Systems Management & Optimization

  • Oversee SAP HCM, SAP Successfactors, DATEV, and BI tools to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance
  • Execute mass data uploads, resolve system queries, and partner with IT/Headquarter to enhance data integrity
  • Lead system implementation projects (e.g., Employee Onboarding tool, BI tool rollout), including requirement analysis, testing, training, and ongoing process alignment

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Reporting of monthly HR KPIs (Headcount, Turnover Rate)
  • Further development of reports for greater visibility of HR KPIs and derivation of measures
  • Generate weekly/bi-weekly overseas reports e.g. manpower
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain audit-ready data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, HR, and departmental teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements

 

Your talents and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related fields
  • 3+ years work experience in HR systems management, HR analytics or related roles
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, DATEV, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • project management experience 
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving: Skilled in resolving system or process bottlenecks
  • Language: Fluency in English and German (spoken/written) is preferred
