Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Standardization of the laboratory infrastructure, processes IT systems
- Improving and standardization of IQC laboratory processes
- Responsible for the documentation management
- Laboratory equipment management
- System maintenance of the IT solutions used by QC regarding to quality related issues and it's improvement.
2. Incoming Material Quality Management:
- Develop a material testing plan
- Formulate material testing standards
- Freeze and thaw risk materials
- Containment of bad raw materials
- Incoming material quality problem management
- Promote the improvement of raw material quality
- Headquarters business transformation and execution
- Testing capacity building and improvement
- Third-party sorting business management
3. Risk management:
- Human Resource Risk Management
- Security risk identification and improvement
4. Team management:
- Manage the shift and annual leave planning for a smal team of quality technician /operator
- Methodical and technicial team training
Your talents and skills:
- Completed Bachelor or Master degee with (electro-)technical or chemical background
- Several years of professional experience in the quality area in industrial production; ideally in the automotive environment
- Good technical and chemical understanding of material
- Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Minitab, etc.
- Ability to perform statistical analysis and prepare reports
- Good communication skills; fluent written and spoken German; knowledge of English an advantage
- User knowledge of quality improvement tools (FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 8D process, Statistical Process Control (SPC) etc.).
