This is your new challenge:

  • General advisory work, including on statutory interpretation, regulation and compliance matters.
  • Managing, drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts and agreements such as supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documentation.
  • Working closely with the business on day-to-day matters advising on operational and commercial legal problems.
  • Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts to support the factory operation and sales.
  • Assisting in major procurement and project origination from headquarters.
  • Working closely with HR on labor issues, data protection and competition law areas.
  • Assisting in ensuring statutory and contractual compliance and engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Identifying and managing risks for the business.

 

These are your previous achievements:

  • German and/or China qualified with at least three years of law firm or in-house experience.
  • Strong capability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast moving environment.
  • Must be meticulous, organized and committed to work.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative.
