This is your new challenge:
- General advisory work, including on statutory interpretation, regulation and compliance matters
- Managing, drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts and agreements such as supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documentation
- Working closely with the business on day-to-day matters advising on operational and commercial legal problems
- Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts to support the factory operation and sales
- Assisting in major procurement and project origination from headquarters
- Working closely with HR on labor issues, data protection and competition law areas
- Assisting in ensuring statutory and contractual compliance and engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Identifying and managing risks for the business
These are your previous achievements:
- Legal qualification in Germany and/or China with some experience in a law firm or as a corporate lawyer
- Strong capability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast moving environment
- Must be meticulous, organized and committed to work
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally
- Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative
