Junior Engineer IT - System (m/f/d)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the rollout and implementation of IT systems in the plant, including process gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and end-user training

  • Manage daily system maintenance: gather new requirements, collaborate with the team to develop and implement system enhancements

  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of application system issues to maintain stable operations

  • Assist in promoting and implementing new system features in cooperation with the central IT team

  • Support IT project management activities including planning, risk assessment, and resource coordination

  • Provide daily IT support to employees, resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations

 

 

Your Talent and Skills:

 

  • academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification

  • Initial practical experience in Application systems for Human Resources Solutions, ideally also in an industrial environment

  • Strong knowledge of system configuration as well as troubleshooting and problem analysis

  • Proficient in common IT tools and software solutions

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player

  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
