We need your support for these tasks:

  • Assisting in the review and drafting of contracts (e.g., supply, service, NDA, purchase agreements)
  • Conducting legal research on German and EU law topics, such as commercial, labor, and compliance law
  • Supporting the preparation of internal legal memos, presentations, and reports
  • Assisting in compliance and corporate housekeeping activities (e.g., maintaining company registers, filing documentation)
  • Supporting legal process improvement projects
  • Translating or proofreading legal documents (English–German)

 

What you bring to the team, besides your positive energy:

  • Enrolled law student (Jura or Wirtschaftsrecht) at a German university, preferably in the advanced stages of study (Hauptstudium / Master)
  • Good understanding of German civil and commercial law
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Very good command of German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Interest in working in an international industrial environment
