We need your support for this:


  • You are the contact person, sparring partner and advisor for managers and employees in the responsible support area and are available for all HR and labor law issues as well as the implementation of internal regulations along the Employee Life Cycle
  •  You accompany and advise the specialist departments in the context of organizational changes and their further development, employee appraisals and disciplinary measures
  • You support managers in the implementation of appreciative communication in their teams and thus contribute to the further development of a positive working atmosphere
  • You are a technical expert on topics such as working time organization, working time flexibility, shift systems, remuneration and performance management
  • You develop and implement new HR processes and necessary operational regulations as an interface to relevant HR functions
  • You support the team in the introduction of HR-relevant systems and tools, e.g. for recording working hours and personnel administration
  • You represent the issues before decision-making bodies and, if necessary, to the co-determination bodies


You will convince us:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on HR management or a comparable field of study and have very good knowledge of labor law
  • You have several years of professional experience in an industrial company with a comparable focus on comparable tasks and have sound knowledge of working time regulations such as shift systems, working time organization, etc. as well as knowledge of the metal & electrical collective agreement
  • You have a strong affinity for working with common office and HR software
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good communication skills (also in English)
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, are able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • You radiate professional and personal aplomb
