We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager - Business Controlling and Reporting who is responsible for multi-year business planning, business controlling, cost and profit accounting as well as product costing. As part of our company, you will be responsible for analyzing variances between target and actual results, CAPEX controlling as well as product costing. With the increasing demands of the legal requirements on our company, you will also be responsible for (future) supply chain law reporting, sustainability reporting and carbon footprint reporting, if applicable. Your analytical skills and leadership understanding are critical to the success of this position.

 

Your tasks will include:
 

  • Preparation and monitoring of multi-year business plans
  • Implementation of business controlling measures to ensure that the company's goals are met
  • Cost and profit accounting as well as product cost calculation
  • Analysis of target/actual deviations and derivation of appropriate measures
  • If necessary, preparation of reports in accordance with the requirements of the Supply Chain Act, the Sustainability Report and the CO2 footprint reports
  • Management of a team of controlling specialists

 

Your profile:

 

  • Completed business studies or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in business controlling and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of cost and profit accounting
  • Experience in product costing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and communicate complex issues
  • Experience in reporting in the context of sustainability and environmental issues 
  • Leadership experience and good interpersonal skills
