As deputy manager, you are a talented organiser and will ensure that the service runs smoothly and that administrative tasks are coordinated.

 

 

 

We need your support for this:

 

 

  • Deputy for the manager of the plant fire brigade

 

  • Personnel and budget monitoring of the plant fire brigade

 

  • Overall control of the departments of the plant fire brigade

 

  • Management of the "Administration" department

 

  • Collaboration in defensive fire protection, assistance operations and rescue services at our plant locations

 

  • Use as manager of operations according to ThürBKG

 

 

 

You will convince us:

 

 

  • Career certifications for the higher fire service (B4)

 

  • Training as a unit leader and manager of a fire brigade in accordance with FwDV 2

 

  • Several years of work and leadership experience in a professional or plant fire brigade desirable

 

  • Very strong communication and organisational skills

 

  • High level of social competence, flexibility and resilience

 

  • Professional and confident demeanour in stressful situations

 

  • Fluent German and good written and spoken English (at least level B2)

 

  • Unrestricted, permanent fitness for duty for the fire service, in particular suitability for respiratory protection according to DGUV recommendation

 

  • Possession of a valid class C driving licence

 

  • Very good physical fitness

 

  • Willingness to relocate to the region

 

  • Willingness to carry out the operational control service in the on-call duty system
