We need your support for this:

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the full-time employees of the ERT at the Arnstadt site
  • Ensuring emergency response and the officially required personnel and technical readiness of the ERT at the Arnstadt site and the German logistics sites (in coordination with the ERT site responsibles)
  • Budget management in the area of responsibility for all locations
  • Representation of the company in committees and associations and participation in operational working groups and the crisis management committee
  • Coordination with authorities and public fire brigades
  • Support in the preparation, updating and implementation of alarm and hazard response plans
  • Participation in the recognition process as a plant fire department and willingness to assume the function of head of the plant fire department at the Arnstadt site

  • Training as an association commander (F V) and head of a fire department (F VI) or qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level (formerly higher fire department technical service)
  • Several years of experience as a commander in a fire department
  • Experience in personnel management and budget administration
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • High quality awareness in the preparation and presentation of documents
  • Professional and confident appearance
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Driving license class B; desirable class C
