This is your new challenge:
- Completing shipping documents and processing invoices and customs documents
- Conscientious maintenance of data in SAP and ensuring electronic communication with the customer
- Checking the advance shipping notification and, if necessary, taking measures in case of errors
- Ordering service providers and forwarding agents
- Booking incoming and outgoing goods
- Operating the customs software with regard to import, export or non-duty paid parts
These are your previous achievements:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial/logistical field - ideally e.g. as an industrial clerk, forwarding clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade
- Relevant professional experience in the field of customs clearance, import and export as well as logistics
- Good knowledge of shop floor processes
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and standard logistics SAP transactions
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Structured and reliable way of working (also under time pressure)
