Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

The TASK brings with it:

• Responsibility for the company's finance and accounting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines in finance and accounting

• Contact person for the CFO, internal departments and external institutions (including banks, tax offices and authorities)

• Preparation of annual financial statements, quarterly and monthly reports - as well as forecasts according to HGB and IFRS and reporting to the company headquarter

• Leading and developing the finance and accounting team

• Supporting the management in financial and investment decisions

• Carrying out and implementing process optimisations and ensuring efficient further development of the operating systems used

What YOU bring with:

• Completed studies in business administration, auditing or comparable training

• Several years of experience in a leading position in finance and accounting in an industrial company

• Sound knowledge of accounting, financial planning and analysis

• Strong leadership and management skills as well as analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
