Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing production capacity, standardizing manpower allocation, assisting in reducing production manpower, balancing production lines, analyzing and improving downtime
- Standard cycle time measurement, update, release, bottleneck process analysis and solution
- Responsible for connecting power to the new production line and ramping up production capacity
- Responsible for repacking line changeover. Develop standard production capacity, analyze production efficiency, improve
- Standardize for overall fixtures and auxiliary facilities
- Optimize production processes, layout, streamline manpower, increase production capacity, and other improvements
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor degree or above; Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management and other related majors
- Lean improvement, layout planning, logistics optimization, line balancing, 5S management, project management, cost management, etc.
- Good communication and coordination skills, planning and organization skills, skilled use of MS Office/CAD, familiar with SAP , good data analysis and reporting skills
- More than 2 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry, with priority given to industrial engineering positions
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is a basic requirement, German is better.
