- Continuous improvement of the product safety and reliability with implemented measures (e.g. system, material, tool, or process optimization)
- Promotion of process yield, material utilization and quality assurance, Improving the output of production lines through process technology
- Contact window PE Manager Plant & HQ; executing the production/PE task from operation manager
- Drive the PFMEA Process in the Production
- Drive the Project Management Process for all new equipment and production systems
- Planning of work-/material flow in cooperation with LEAN Engineer
- Responsible to drive the SOP Process and keep the standard
- Monitoring and consulting process wise for new customer needs
- Drive the change of processes for new customers / new projects during the running processes
That's how you convince us:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on mechanics, physics, chemistry, materials or related fields as well as solid professional knowledge and experience
- Experience with technical methods and their application, familiar with 6sigma-related processes and methods
- Proficiency in PPAP and other project management methodologies, ability to effectively identify risks and obtain timely resources to resolve issues
- Fluent German and English skills
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Good communication and cooperation skills
