You enjoy:
- Setting up, operating and monitoring chemical production machines for the manufacture of battery cells according to work instructions and internal specifications under clean room conditions
- Continuous process optimisation in handling chemical substances during storage, use and disposal
- Cleaning and maintaining the machines, equipment, plants and tools according to plan and carrying out quality assurance work
- Acting as a contact person in production as a safety officer (necessary training and education is arranged through CATL)
- Training production employees in the handling of chemicals
- Carrying out safety training for production employees as well as safety checks and inspections
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a chemical technician or production specialist - chemistry and initial work experience in a chemical processing production company
- Friendly, open-minded personality with strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a technical environment
- Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system and under clean room conditions
- Good written and spoken German; foreign language skills in English are also desirable
