Key Responsibilities：
Documentation Management & Translation:Assist in creating, organizing, archiving, and translating departmental technical documents, reports, and compliance materials (Chinese/English/Hungarian).On-site Operational Support:Assist the team in daily on-site management, including material inventory, progress tracking, and record updates.Participate in site inspections under the guidance of engineers and help document findings.
Communication & Coordination:Act as a communication bridge between the department and local suppliers, partners, and other internal teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support daily administrative and communication tasks.
