Working clothes purchasing/SAP/Storage administrator

Your tasks will be:
•    Lead the working clothes process (ordering, purchasing, sewing etc.);
•    Manage the daily laundry activities, including sorting, washing, drying, folding and distribution of working clothes and other items;
•    Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry processes to comply with health and safety regulations;
•    Monitor and manage inventory levels in storage areas, ensuring items are properly stored, labelled, and accounted for;
•    Oversee the timely distribution of cleaned laundry and stored materials to the relevant departments or areas;
•    Lead and manage laundry and storage staff, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training on best practices;
•    Implement and maintain efficient workflows for laundry and storage operations to minimize downtime and improve productivity;
•    Monitor and maintain laundry equipment and storage facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and address any maintenance needs promptly;
•    Manage accurate records of laundry items, storage inventory, and their usage to ensure availability and prevent shortages;
•    Prepare regular reports on laundry and storage performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.


What we expect from you:
•    Minimum Bachelor's degree or above, with strong SAP knowledge (or certificate);
•    Relevant work experience;
•    Fluent communication skills in English;
•    B category driving license;
•    Good organizational and communication skills;
•    Experience in managing staff;
•    Attention to details and excellent problem-solving skills;
•    Open-minded attitude;
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•    Commitment to working in Debrecen.
