What tasks await you?

• Inventory management to meet production requirements, including reviewing production plans for manufacturing lines, identifying just-in-time material requirements, and tracking high-risk materials.
• Inventory control, including monitoring returned goods and underutilized warehouse space.
• Material-related communication, including managing communication processes with suppliers and material inspectors, and supporting warehouse managers and inventory controllers in the related material management activities.
• Receiving inter-plant goods and transportation information, as well as scheduling and coordinating transportation within the factory premises. This includes consolidating and arranging transportation requests, dispatching suitable vehicles, coordinating external transportation resources, and receiving drivers at the factory.
• Enhancing training on factory discipline and policies, safety, and confidentiality, as well as managing emergency transportation requests.
• Transportation tracking, including monitoring the efficiency of transport vehicles and vehicle loading rates to ensure that transportation within the factory meets operational requirements.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• You are able to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with other departments and partners.
• You communicate effectively and build good relationships with suppliers, warehouse staff, and transport partners.
• You approach your work responsibly and comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• You are fluent in Hungarian at a native level.

It is an advantage if you have the following:

• Proficiency in English;
• Work experience in warehouse management and operations;
• Knowledge of the fundamental functions of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material planning and control.
