What tasks await you?

  • Gradually learn and master warehouse and material handling processes, participate in the required internal training, and obtain a forklift operator’s license to perform future job responsibilities;
  • Check warehouse items and related documentation, ensuring that the recorded data matches the actual quantities of goods;
  • Check goods, quantities, part numbers, labels, and documents, as well as the condition and compliance of packaging;
  • Support the registration and system-based management of warehouse inventory;
  • Pick, prepare, and check inventory according to order requirements;
  • Record, check, and administrate incoming and outgoing goods in the system;
  • Check product identification, quantities, and packaging, and handle and follow up on any discrepancies or abnormalities;
  • Perform internal preliminary inspections of export goods and goods subject to customs inspection;
  • Ensure that export goods comply with the required goods inspection and documentation requirements;
  • Collect and provide the data required for goods inspection declarations (e.g. part number, number of cartons, carton identification, gross and net weight);
  • Report issues and discrepancies arising during warehouse operations and support their investigation and resolution;
  • Cooperate and maintain continuous communication with internal departments and external partners.

 

You are the perfect candidate if you:

  • You are motivated to develop professionally and open to obtaining a forklift operator’s license – we will provide the necessary training and the opportunity to obtain the license within the company.
  • You have at least a secondary school qualification;
  • You have good communication skills and can easily build positive relationships with others;
  • You have a positive, proactive attitude and a logical way of thinking;
  • You are willing to work in a multi-shift schedule;
  • You are interested in working in Debrecen on a long-term basis.

 

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

  • English language skills;
  • A forklift operator’s license;
  • Experience in warehouse management and operations;
  • Knowledge of the basic functions of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material planning.
